Over the hump!

I finally made 25 pounds! Today when I weighed in I had lost 2 pounds this past week for a total of 26! Excited-you bet! only 24 to go! Some day I will get my pictures loaded onto my computer and post a picture of the "new" me! I love my hoop-a-loop exercise! You should try it, it is a weighted hool-a-hoop. I had to learn to hoola because when I was a kid and it was popular my Mom never let me have a hool-a-hoop because she considered it dancing! So, I taught my self and every night i hoola for 10 minutes. I can at least keep it up around my waist now for a few seconds. I spend more time picking it up off the floor-but isn't that excercise? I can now wear skirts that are 2 sizes smaller than where I started. So many of them I can't keep up anymore! I bought a size Medium blouse a couple of weeks ago! I hope I have something to wear during the next 25 pound loss. I went to Goodwill the other day but couldn't find anything cheap that I liked. I will have to try some of the other thrift stores-if I can find time.
