Still woking on the cookies but have lost the potatoes!

I have lost 22.5 pounds in 60 days! People are teasing me about losing 20 pounds of potatoes and how heavy those potatoes are. Yesterday one of my student's patients told me I looked like Aunt B! I told him not as much as 20 pounds ago! He had no room to talk because he looked like Santa Claus minus the beard! The guy was really a cool guy somewhere in his 60's. Some day I will post a picture to see if you all can see any difference.

Last week I was feeling a little blue and down so of course I had a little extra prayer time before going to bed. The next morning on the way to school I did feel better emotionally and started thanking God for all the things He has done for me. These words came to my mind and believe or not even tthe music which I can't put here.
How can I give thanks for all you have done for me,
How can I give praise so that all men can see
The grace you give to me when my burdens you recieve,
How can I give thanks for your care of me?

Maybe next week I will have met my half way point on loosing weight! :)

Lost the cinnamon rolls, now working on the cookies!

Well as of today, which is 47 days of dieting, I have lost a total of 17.5 pounds! I have also lost a total of 31.5 inches of fat from top to bottom (the ribbon is pink this time!). My body mass index is decreasing, fat mass also. Here is a summary of inches lost since starting.
Neck: 1 inch
Shoulders: 4 inches
Upper arm: 2 inches
Bust: 3 inches (primarily off the back)
Waist and mid section: 4 inches
Hips: 3 inches
Thighs: 2
And the lady asked me if I could feel a difference in the way my clothes fit me. Well-duh!
I lost 3 pounds last week.
Aunt Bee is looking and feeling better!
